one and a half hours

Cycle to doctors, wait for doctor, 5 minutes appointment (have some more pills, they're obviously working, come back in a month for the next set, keep seeing the counsellor, and the psychiatrist too - he thinks I do definitely need the latter, even if she seemed unconvinced given I was having a good day when I saw her), wait for prescription, cycle home.

I do wish it didn't take so long, but at least I made the next appointment in advance, so I don't accidentally run out again.

First time I saw my GP for ADs she packed me off home because I was so relieved to be doing something about it that I was grinning all over my face.

Next time she wasn't so quick to judge.
