lnrThis week I lost 2lb
Over the past 18½ months of dieting I've lost 3st 7lb, which amounts to 23% of my starting weight - my current weight is 11st 9lb
My average loss a week is ½lb
My target weight is 10st 10lb. I am currently 0st 13lb away from this.
My current BMI is 26.20; my target BMI is 24.11.
