If you're feeling shite and miserable having a good rant about it is all very well. But maybe mailing it to your ex, and then worrying you've upset them is not the best way to stop feeling shite and miserable. S'not like it even helped really. gah. I think I'm going to go to bed.

At least CSI was OK. And we had fish and chips and they were good and far too plentiful.

I'm not certain Mike's that easily put out of balance, to be perfectly honest with you. Besides which, I'm sure you're perfectly capable of sorting it out with him if you have put your foot in it; it's not like you two have any major communication problems AFAICT.

Nah, mailing it to Mike was the right thing to do, and I got a long mail back and it's good even if still sad. It's just the waiting that's horrible.

But not a bad idea. Does Quincey read his mail much?
