Over the past 45 months of dieting I've gained 1st, which amounts to -7% of my starting weight - my current weight is 16st 1¾lb
My average loss a week is lb
My target weight is 14st 7lb. I am currently 1st 8¾lb away from this.
My current BMI is 36.07; my target BMI is 32.43.
