Last weekend we went to Cardiff. This meant spending over 11 hours on trains so Mike bought a copy of Total Guitar magazine to keep himself amused. It came with a set of postcards featuring a selection of famous rock guitarists. This weekend he decided it was time to throw them away, but first he thought he'd amuse himself a bit more. This yarn was bought from Marna’s Curious Yarns, and is a lovely sock yarn, sold as one main skein in lots of shades of pinks and purples and almost blues, and a smaller skein of matching yarn in just the purples to be a contrast for the heels and toes. I’ve had it for several years, waiting for me to feel confident enough to knit it, and now I have. They’re very very pretty.
So thankyou Marna for making and selling lovely wool.
