Up relatively early. Meeting with James (hand over last week's sick note, say how yesterday went, have him tell me to just relax and not think about work for 6 weeks). Pick up some gubbins from the office. Pop in to gossip with Paul (and have my picture taken). Into town for lunch and a hug with Jan. Home to read and doze on sofa. Geeking while rjk is at karate. Off out to pub soon.
