Spent most of the day forwarding info around to concerned friends, and was very relieved to hear that all was (more or less) well. Good way to stop one feeling sorry for oneself.

Nice dinner at Mobbsy's in the evening, beautifully cooked as usual, very kind attention to diet, nice company and conversation. Tired now. Determined to get a reasonable way through the current HP over the w/e. Possibly have some sort of gathering if nothing else happens.

Feel headachy, sick, have period cramps, and just about everything makes me burst into tears at the moment. Not always in a bad way. Lovely lovely lovely flowers. Feel a bit pointless and useless to everyone though.
