Yeah - I'm 6'0". Have lost 27lbs since June. My new target is to get down to 200 by Xmas, though I'd be happy if I can make 205.
Still interested to know how you measure your body fat - do you some of those whizzy scales?. I thought about getting some calipers to do it, however via the power of the t'internet I've just ordered a hand held jobbie (http://www.polygondirect.com/health-bf.htm) for a tenner, which whilst not being as accurate will be a lot less hassle.
Yup, whizzy scales, they were rather more than a tenner, but they're pretty accurate at weighing too and easier to read than traditional analogue scales too so I thought they were worth it. They're probably over-estimating a little since I'm weighing first thing in the morning which usually means you're a little under-hydrated and they do it based on what they expect to be a normal amount of water.
