Weekend plans

Friday: work, lunch with August, leave work a little early, pack, get train to Keighley, stay in B&B with Jan.

Saturday: picked up by Steve to head to the studio for a 9:30 start. All day taking photos, presumably with suitable lunch breaks. Finish by 5:30. Get train to London, go to Stay Beautiful, crash with friends (Jan, you're in charge, are we going for Marna's or Juliet's or what? Is there definitely room for me too?).

Sunday: somehow get out of bed, somehow get to Camden in concert with rjk and anyone else who's coming. Try on corsets and Stompy Boots. Go back to Cambridge and go ug.

If I'm tired on Monday I guess it'll be obvious why, but I think I might just be looking forward to this w/e.

Jan said she was staying at mine, & there should be plenty of room (since we will by then have living room *&* spare room! hurrah!). So you are more than welcome. Caveat: you will be sleeping on the floor (though it's a thick carpet), surrounded by boxes, & may be requested to assist with a little light unpacking pre-Camden on Sunday :-) One room will have the rats in, as well, but there *are* two rooms so we can sort things out if anyone objects to them.

You want for to borrow futon? It's just being a cat-bed in the spare room right now, so if you want to take it (and the base) for a bit until we get rid of the bed in our room? Does good as sofa and bed.

Ooh. Possibly; but will depend on available space (have to fit desk in spare room), & I can't remember exactly what the space is like. I will be wielding my tape-measure at the weekend... Thank you!

I'm sure it'll not take more than five minutes to lug it over - we can see what space there is and work from there, furniture *and* people-wise.

Noted. though I also note Marna (elsewhere) offering crash space with comfy things to sleep on. Hmm. It seems there's little danger of ending up spending a night on a park bench either way though, so I shalln't worry too much about the details just now.

Yup, between us we should be able to provide you with accommodation. (& Marna's house is all of 2mins walk, if that, from mine, so we can even delay the sorting-out till we get back to Bermondsey)

I used to be tempted by the idea of a corset. I reckon the right one would have gone well with the leather trousers. I shall have to reconsider, if I ever get back into the leather trousers.
