I'd be interested to see your "weight over time" graph with a "rolling average over the last four weeks" line on the top, to see if there is any periodicity to the fluctuations.

I'm surprised to see just quite how smooth it is really. You can see a slight levelling out in the long term, but that's to be expected.
I'm afraid my skills with the graphing tools I have aren't quite up to doing nice superimposed graphs of the two lines.
