We had all ours taken for the notice board in the lobby a while back, they haven't quite got there yet because they all fell off the mounting. Here's mine (which I'm not keen on - no glasses flare, but considering we got a professional photographer in there's far too much light coming from the side). Still, the old photo was pre-glasses, which means about ten years old.

It's not too bad! Ours will have the blue background photoshopped in :) We were asked not to wear white.

The photographer is not a pro, but she has some fairly nice kit set up in the security office. Two glowing panels to give the light, white panel on one wall and a black fuzzy one (to reduce reflections I guess) on the side wall, and a very nice digicam on a tripod. She wasn't sure about the glasses flare either but took a couple with glasses and a couple without and that was the nicest shot. Apparently some people are fussy and insist she takes more til they get one they like :-)

Oh yours is still the default pic. Hair's been *cut* recently, and is not as long as it was (funny that) but yeah, Mike wasn't keen on it being properly short again :-)
