Oooh, shiny
Had bright idea last night, it being too late to watch a film, and there being nothing on telly, we broke out my ancient videos (recorded off the TV in 1994) and watched the first three episodes of Red Dwarf and giggled lots. They're actually in remarkably good nick, and still pretty damned funny. Though the canned laughter is a bit irritating. I shall look forward to watching more.
Lovely birthday presents to open this morning from rjk (Chicago and Spinal Tap both on DVD) and rjk's mum (A cookbook and Men are From Mars, Women are From Venus, both in French). Thankyou very much both of you. Looking forward to dinner out this evening. In the meantime I'm in the office for the first time this week, meeting this morning was OK, now I've got the routine stuff to go through, then I might go and sort my bike out.

*I wonder if the non-remastered VHS versions of the first three series are still worth anything on eBay? A while ago they were, because the remastered versions were pants! :-)
