Good luck! I do feel like you maybe don't personally need help with increasing activity levels, nor with nutritional education, and you probably should be getting semaglutide, so I hope that you do.
For reference, my recent rapid weight loss due to fasted hockey training was very nearly 10% in 12 weeks. Strictly it was 9.6% after 12 weeks, but then it took me another three weeks to lose the remaining half kilo to reach the 10% mark, due to vaccine reaction and the random visit of the lesser spotted menstrual migraine. But (whisper it) I think I'm back on track again in the last week or so and hopeful for continued progress over the winter months.
