Gosh! I was going to say that I barely recognised you in your 'after' photo, but I think that's just one of those odd tricks where some photos look nothing like the person they're of. The photo of you up a mountain a few weeks back looked pretty much like you (only thinner than I remember) so I'm assuming that you've not changed radically since then!
