I quite like Nokia Sports Tracker. It runs on their GPS enabled mobile phones, keeps track of any music you have playing or any photos you take, and lets you upload the details so it looks like this: http://sportstracker.nokia.com/nts/workoutdetail/index.do?id=1923302
