On the other hand, when I called them last year to fix my cable TV box they came when they said they would and replaced the old one (which said ntl) with a new one (which says Virgin) which has worked ever since. And the Internet connection has been consistently good for years with only a couple of major downtime periods and a handful of minor intermittent faults.

(And on other random internet sales, the replacement drive belt for the mower that I broke on Tuesday evening has arrived today despite saying 5–7 business days for delivery.)
