Ouch

I rather like this method you're using - how did you arrive at your daily quota in the first place, and the figures for exercise?

I have had no luck with the new WeightWatchers scheme (our lifestyle just isn't currently set up for it, I would need to be cooking a lot more than I am and eating a lot more fruit and veg (which is tricky when [livejournal.com profile] imc doesn't like most of it)) and for various reasons have not been to meetings for a month now - I'm not necessarily sticking to the Points scheme properly either at the moment, given how stressful the last week has been. :/ So I'm interested and intrigued to see if your method would work for me...

She's using http://www.weightlossresources.co.uk - a bunch of us have taken to it recently, it's very helpful :)
