Weight Gain 2000

It f*****g sucks doesn't it? Weight weight weight, look at cals, eat half, feel guilty, starve, get funny bloody taste in mouth, hallucinate about food :(

I've decided to take the short, sharp approach 1200KCAL/day MAX.
Done it 4 2 weeks without slipping a day.

My secret(s)?
1. Drink a *lot* of water -- it keeps you feeling full.
2. Salad is your friend -- I eat a WHOLE lettuce a day...

I'm gonna beat this thing, or die trying
