I now own one square le creuset potterie dish and not two.

Oh no! Commiserations.

I have already related (http://www.livejournal.com/users/imc/50489.html?thread=76857#t76857) the tale of the Toffee and the Plate. I daresay the Le Creuset dish was rather more expensive than the plate. :-(
