Dinner
Well that has to be the quickest I've ever rustled up a 3 course meal for one:
Homemade vegetable soup (leftover from Tuesday lunch, warmed up)

Selection of cold meat, smoked salmon and prawns (happened to be in the fridge) and cheese (2 Healtby Extras) served with tomato and basil salad, sliced carrot dressed with lemon juice, and shredded gem lettuce (salad all leftover from yesterday's dinner)

half a galia melon (already diced)
If only it were always as easy!
