I don't think lentils are free on red days. Almost any blukly starch is out, though small quantities of potato (either new or jacket with skin on) or wholemeal pasta are OK as a healthy extra, but they are quite small.

Actually a good quorn based veggie chilli or bolognese type thing with a small jacket spud would be fine, on both days. I just didn't feel like making things any more awkward for the rest of you.

I think I'm just really used to having a big bit of starch-based food with most meals, which does make red days a bit hard, which is why I don't have too many of them, but it's nice to be able to have a big mixed grill occasionally.
